Versatile Material Options
Most of our production revolves around carbon fiber, aluminum alloys and steel, although more complex designs can also involve silicone and injected mold plastics. Paint, decals, stickers, laser etching, anodizing and special coatings are all available as well.
Taking control of our own production flow, we have our own carbon factory, using imported pre-preg carbon fiber in a variety of different cloth types. Along with silicone air bladders for increased air pressures, this allows us superior resin elimination for the strongest product possible.
We have experience working with several different ore types. Our welding line is trained in special aluminum welding techniques to reduce weld-area brittleness and special non-destructive type smooth-weld processes. We have facilities for tubing as well as fully custom CNC production.
Steel tubing is currently difficult to acquire, but we have sourcing options that allow us to continue to produce steel items. We’ve got you covered, both for large items and for critical components with high strength, durability or other benefits that you need from steel.
