Production challenges are unique to every company, in each deployment instance. Larger fleets tend to require more reliable vehicles with higher payloads, increased emphasis on parts inter-changeability and compatibility as well as occasionally interchangeable cargo portions and drive modes.

Decades of experience with bicycle frames and bicycle-adjacent manufacturing has allowed tremendous versatility where it comes to higher payload structures and more advanced welding requirements for strength with minimized weight, maintaining consistent quality even with larger production runs.
