There was a need for a high level truck bed protector with extreme durability and user-driven functional design. The design required an adaptable manufacturer who was not satisfied with generic “open models”.
Due to the bespoke nature of the item, many factories were not willing to take on the project, however we like to take on a good challenge and using our influence within the manufacturing industry, we were able to negotiate every single one of the required functions through the design and development process all the way through to mass production.
• Multiple stages of development and product testing, both local and in the destination, with test users
• Revisions to materials, sewing and functionality improvements as well as production-friendly adjustments to keep costs reasonable
• All desired special functionality was achieved and durability goals were met
The end result is now currently being sold and has been reviewed as best-in-class and is widely considered to be the superior product on the market in every conceivable way – in terms of design, durability and functionality, both by professional reviewers and by consumer level “word-of-mouth” in riding communities.
